It was relentless.....in its presentation of historical documentation; relentless in promoting ethical breeding; relentless in speaking out against abuses, even when it represented political suicide to do so; in short, MM was a publication unquestionably dedicated to the preservation and welfare of the molosser breeds.
This article was written originally in German and appeared in Issue 6, now obviously is a little of an old fashioned view in 2008, but remains an important and relevant insight and part of Mastino history."

Il Colosseo would like to extend it's gratitude to Lia De Vitale for giving us this story. It has been decades now that her husband, the legendary great Napolitan Mastinari Patrizio De Vitale has inspired the imagination of the world with many of his Mastini, and charisma known for impeccable attire, leather jackets, perfect hair and stylish shoes. His generosity was unequal, and his great legacy is his beautiful children.
